Malcolm's early experience was in the electronic sector leading the HR contribution within a manufacturing organisation that grew rapidly through acquisitions and organic growth.
After moving to ICI Plc he worked in a variety of businesses with assets in the UK, Asia, North America and Europe as HR Director working closely with the CEO and the executive team on major change management initiatives, culture change, leadership assessment and development, mentoring and coaching senior management,employing leading edge processes to deliver business performance improvement.
He also has experience outside of the HR function leading a unique and high profile environmental project that had a duration of several years and received national press coverage.
Since leaving ICI he has undertaken consultancy work within the service and manufacturing sectors including the restructuring of Royal Mail and Ineos Chemicals.
Malcolm has a degree in Economics ( Essex university) a postgraduate qualification in Industrial Relations and Training and Development ( London School of Economics) and is a Member of the CIPD
