Neil has over 30 years hands-on management and leadership experience in blue chip multinational companies across a number of industry sectors. He has held senior board level positions in the Automotive, Climate Control, and Fire and Security industries. This experience includes 13 years at United Technologies, principally as VP EMEA Truck Trailer in Carrier Corporation where, based in Barcelona and Paris, he led the strategic and operational development of the business with sales in more than 100 countries.
With a strong background in Strategy, Sales, and Marketing, Neil has a successful record in driving sales and profit growth at national and international level across mature and emerging markets. This success has been driven by a strong interest in the behavioral areas of leadership and their significant impact on company performance. Leadership development and coaching, at individual and team level, has been both a passion and a major focus of his work to date. He has enjoyed building strong leadership teams with a leadership style that is both directive and engaging.
Neil holds an MBA from Henley Management College as well as an MA in European Marketing, a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies, and the Diploma of the Institute of Marketing. He is also a Visiting Mentor and Coach at Kingston University.
