GPI™ makes a powerful contribution to the leadership development process. Fundamentally, it helps individuals to understand why some aspects of leadership delivery come more easily, e.g. creating the long-term vision or direction, where as other aspects may prove to be more difficult, e.g. managing resources to make the vision become reality.
GPI™ can be used by itself to provide crucial information on which a long-term coaching programme can be designed, developed and delivered. It can also form part of a broader behavioural assessment process, which considers both actual behaviours and the likely causal affect arising from an individual’s predisposition profile.
